About this space
Welcome to Soundfront 7, Edgecamp’s premium home on the water’s edge of Pamlico Sound in Salvo, NC. Our flagship property offers fourteen exquisitely designed bedrooms, all with private baths and balconies. Our luxury home offers the ideal setting for family vacations, reunions, corporate retreats, and intimate gatherings.

The space
We are just 1 mile (3 minutes) away from Real Watersports, a gear rental and famous retail shop.
We have 10 king bedrooms (all ensuite masters with water views) and 4 rooms with two double beds in each room, and all with garden views and ensuite bathroom. Every room in the house has a private bathroom and there are common powder rooms on each floor as well.
The entire top floor features an open concept living space with floor to ceiling windows showcasing 360 degree views of the stunning area. Whether lying on our bean bags (made out of recycled sails raced in Abu Dhabi), dining al fresco at a teak table that weighs nearly 500 pounds, or sitting indoors with perfect air conditioning, you and your group will feel right at home and yet also very well pampered. In the evenings, enjoy the fireplace while watching the most beautiful sunset you’ve ever imagined.
The top floor has two living rooms, a dining room (with a working conference table that projects on a Samsung 65” tv and working outlets in the table itself), a long breakfast bar, a smaller breakfast bar area (with Miele built in coffee maker), commercial kitchen (ask about our private chef!), a huge screened in porch, huge decks, and a powder room. There is an icemaker and 4 dishwashers to ensure ease of operation.
The main house consists of two floors with 8 bedrooms featuring king size beds, and 4 bedrooms featuring 2 double beds. Each room has spectacular views, outdoor sitting area on a private patio, and a full master bath. A mini fridge and sink help keep you feeling at home.
There is also a two bedroom private villa featuring one king bed and two double beds, both with their own ensuites, a living room, and screened-in porch.
In addition, the property boasts a fitness centre (treadmill, elliptical, weight machine, and Peloton), yoga studio, ping pong table, foosball table, and two washing machines & dryers. There are multiple decks, outdoor seating areas, indoor seating areas, with all offering a great space to mingle.
Outside, you will enjoy a huge lawn perfect for launching your kite, a private dock, and ample space to layout and enjoy the waterfront views. In addition, there is a firepit to enjoy smores, a BBQ grill, an outdoor dining area, two outdoor showers, and private lockers to store your wet gear.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and a neighbouring quiet dock for accessing the water.

This property is not owned by The Unity Faith or any part of its organization. It is a private 3rd party rental that has to be scheduled and booked. Booking and scheduling times vary depending on the property and time of year. Most bookings are at least 6-8 months out. Once enough interest is expressed in attending a spiritual retreat at any property that is presented, then we will begin making plans to organize and book a group trip.
