Host to U.S. Presidents, Vice Presidents, ambassadors, Nobel laureate, Olympians, celebrities, and rock stars, this stunning compound is set on 2 1/2 acres of pristine Magens Bay Shoreline. Offering accommodations of 6 bedrooms, 9 bedrooms, or 11 bedrooms for up to 30 people.
The space
Sand Dollar is the only property built on 2 pristine white sand beaches which comes full staff – property manager, private chef, housekeepers, and gardener.
Guest access
For guests renting Sand Dollar Main Villa, you will have access to the main villa (6 bedrooms) and all the exterior area.
For guests renting Sand Dollar and Little Sand Dollar, you will have access to the main villa (6 bedrooms) and Little Sand Dollar (3 bedrooms), and all the exterior area.
For guests renting Sand Dollar Main Villa, Little Sand Dollar, and the Bungalows, you have access to the main villa (6 bedrooms), Little Sand Dollar (3 bedrooms), the Bungalows (2 bedrooms), and all the exterior area.
Other things to note
Please note these special rates are quoted for 1 to 12 people using the main house only. Guests can add Little Sand Dollar (3 bedrooms) and the Bungalows (2 bedrooms) at additional cost. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. We do not rent Little Sand Dollar and the Bungalows to a different party. They are exclusively for the guests renting Sand Dollar Main Villa if they need additional space. Please note the U.S. Virgin Islands Hotel Tax is 12.5%. Guest is responsible for this tax when you stay at any villas or hotels in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
For cancellation, we refund 50% of the money received if you notify us at least 180 days prior to arrival. In the event that there is a travel ban to the U.S. Virgin Islands at the time of the reservation, guests can apply a credit to future reservations.
Please contact us for the Rental Agreement for the terms and conditions of your reservation. The agreement becomes binding when submitted your initial payment.
This property is not owned by The Unity Faith or any part of its organization. It is a private 3rd party rental that has to be scheduled and booked. Booking and scheduling times vary depending on the property and time of year. Most bookings are at least 6-8 months out. Once enough interest is expressed in attending a spiritual retreat at any property that is presented, then we will begin making plans to organize and book a group trip. Stay tuned for updates as we move forward!
