Blue Horizon
Beyond the blue horizon lies a new rising star, an exceptional luxury estate for the discerning vacationer. The jewel of Sandbridge Beach’s crown, Blue Horizon has been completely refurbished! Boasting all new upholstery inside and out, new paint, an updated kitchen, new floors, new games, a new theater room, and new bedding to name a few of the updates, your contemporary holiday home awaits. While here, you’ll be treated to astounding oceanfront views from three levels of living space, with fine furnishings and state-of-the-art appliances throughout. Enjoy private indoor and outdoor pools, expansive decks, a newly added regulation pickle ball court with paddles and pickleballs, an exercise room, a media room, an elevator, a dream kitchen, and ten-bedroom suites with private bathrooms – a Shangri-La awaits.
The entire first floor of Blue Horizon is a beacon for fun, starting with the video arcade room with more than 200 video games, the exercise room with commercial-quality equipment, and the media room with an 80-inch plasma TV, surround sound, and a U-shaped sectional with two built-in seats. An indoor heated pool provides year-round enjoyment, as well as access to a full bathroom that also services the outdoor pool area.
The expansive paved deck offers a bar with two gas grills, two seating areas, and plenty of lounge chairs. After a day spent on the beach, cool off in the outdoor pool, relax in the hot tub, and grab lunch from the poolside half-kitchen or one of the two gas grills (an additional gas grill is located on an upper deck).
The second floor is home to eight stunning bedroom suites, including one incredible primary suite with a sitting room, 180-degree views of the ocean, and a bathroom with a jetted tub. Two of these bedrooms are child-themed with bunks. You can spread out in the central gathering area, complete with a wet bar and a card table, and admire views overlooking the pool area and the ocean.
The view from the third floor is simply breathtaking, with floor-to-ceiling windows along the kitchen and the main living room. The state-of-the-art kitchen is second to none, showcasing a Wolf six-burner range, two full ovens, two stainless steel refrigerators, and two dishwashers. Both the living room (gas) and dining room (electric) offer fireplaces for year-round use. Enjoy an after-dinner game of pool in the billiard room with views of the ocean and bay. There are two bedroom suites with their own private bath on this level as well.
Blue Horizon is impeccably furnished with collections from Lexington’s Tommy Bahama, Stanley’s Coastal Living and Preserve Collections, Kincaid, and Rowe. Additional amenities include an elevator, high-speed WiFi, cable service, 18 TVs throughout the home (including all bedrooms), five refrigerators (three full-size, two half-size), Ping-Pong, cornhole, an outdoor shower, and the largest pool patio on the oceanfront with more than 5,300 square feet of space.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

This property accepts reservations for full weeks only (Saturday to Saturday) from April 1 to October 31 of each year.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
This property is not owned by The Unity Faith or any part of its organization. It is a private 3rd party rental that has to be scheduled and booked. Booking and scheduling times vary depending on the property and time of year. Most bookings are at least 6-8 months out. Once enough interest is expressed in attending a spiritual retreat at any property that is presented, then we will begin making plans to organize and book a group trip.
